Daily: (3) servings of whole grains, (1) bowl of leafy greens, (1) 5 oz. glass of red wine
Most Days: Nuts, veggies, olive oil, beans
Weekly: Berries, poultry, fish
Avoid: Red meats, cheese, butter & margarine, sweets & pastries, and fried foods

He presented this information that was discussed at the 10th Clinical Trials on Alzheimer’s Disease Conference in Boston, which was held Nov. 1-4, 2017.
